The concept of a specialized surface ships was developed by soviet designers . two different types of warships were laid down which were project 956 destroyer and project 1155 large antisubmarine ship 前苏联的舰船设计者们采取了一条非同一般的水面战舰发展思路，同时发展了两型不同的战舰，即956计划驱逐舰和1155计划大型反潜舰。
